WITH ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT  We will gladly make an exchange or refund your return for the price at the time of the original sale IF the original sales receipt is provided with return. You may return or exchange unwashed & unworn merchandise purchased at our retail stores WITHIN 60 DAYS to any retail location. On The Water is not responsible for the shipping costs of Returns/Exchanges.

WITHOUT ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT  Returns or Exchanges WITHOUT an original sale receipt may be made at any of our retail stores or our return center and will be valued at their current selling price. Returns made at our Store locations may be exchanged for items equal to the current selling price of the returned item or for a Merchandise credit based on the current selling price of the returned item. Without an original receipt, monetary refunds can only be made through Returns/Exchange Center. Online purchases must be returned to our Returns and Exchange center and not our retail store locations. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

On The Water will gladly replace any defective or broken items. If your damaged item is fragile (ie: Broken Glassware) please do not ship this back to us. Please email a photo to us at store@onthewater.com. If the item is damaged/defective or a shipping error occurred, On The Water will email a Prepaid Return Label to you. To begin this process please email us at store@onthewater.com.

Items purchased marked FINAL SALE are final sale only. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.
